1. Privacy Policy Updates. The Luxury List LLC may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, The Luxury List LLC will post its updated Privacy Policy on our Site located at https://www.theluxurylist.nyc and we may send registered users an email communicating the updates. If you do not cease using this Site and the Services, you will be deemed to have accepted the change.

We may request information through a client’s preference form for your trip requests and/or trip plans. After our service to you has been delivered and ended, any payment information collected sole by The Luxury List LLC will be permanently deleted. This Website currently uses the following third-party service providers: Stripe Payment Services, WP Form.
